NEWS: McConnaughy files to "sell" 335,000 shares of Wave Systems...However, note that in the 11/9/98 proxy statement he had 335,000 shares of CLASS B stock and 58,533 shares of class A. I'm assuming this sale has something to do with exchanging B for A shares even though the news item says class A shares. Comments? Further, I would view this as a favorable indicator.
