Am I now to understand that it is Gibbons and not Chris Cooper that signs "Chris Cooper" on this thread? That ... in and of itself ... sounds VERY suspect and quite dishonest. And Gibbons ... or Chris ... or whoever you are ... what happened today is VERY SERIOUS AND DESERVES ONE HELLUVA BETTER EXPLANATION THAN A DELL OVERLOAD!!!

Promises that "you are on top of it from the start" sound somewhat hollow in view of the fact that nobody bothered to show up here to at least tell us a problem existed.

You now have a HUGE credibility problem, QCharts. You fed bad data to a lot of traders today. Or no data at all. On your supposedly premium product.

AND YOU ARE TELLING US NOBODY MONITORS THIS THREAD EXCEPT ONE PERSON? You have no system in place to try to help the customers WHO TRUSTED YOU TO DELIVER A REASONABLY POLISHED PRODUCT?

Someone owes all of us an explanation, an apology, and the promise of MUCH BETTER SERVICE AND INFORMATION in the future. I am livid at the "official" response we have had so far. It is inexcusable, unprofessional and FLIPPANT!

You've got a lot of mending to do after today, Gibbons or Chris or whoever you are, and somebody better darned well start doing it. Fast. The best product in the world doesn't mean butkus if it's broken without explanation at critical times.
