why can't you people just wake up???? usat is just a freakin fraud!!!! I will bet anyone, I mean anyone, that this company doesn't exist in 9 months from now!! Anyone may name the wager!!! Facts are facts! You don't issue all that stock to "consultants" for 6 cents if you don't intend to dump it on a bunch of fools.
