An 8K has been filed at

sec.gov

It states that an annual stockholders' meeting will be on March 21. This will give us a chance to meet management and ask questions. We will also be asked to approve a change in accountants, from T. Alan Walls, CPA to KPMG Peat Marwick.

The change in accountants is not being done because of any disagreement between RICA and T. Alan Walls. I think it's because of the name recognition of Peat Marwick.

This stock is being presented to institutional investors who will want to be sure what RICA is all about. Peat Marwick has that important name recognition that will make fund managers more comfortable with RICA. The accountant change is a good move.
