I don't think that their margins declined so much. The apparent decline in margins is from money poured into the new manufacturing equip and facilities. Also, the increase in revenues was not simply a function of memory prices, they also shipped a higher number of units. I'm pleased with the results so far, but I want to know exactly how much of the margin decrease was due to manufacturing upgrades (something potentially more profitable than the cash generated by earnings).
