The stock price has been declining and there is a reason for it.

I will not hold onto an issue that is acting this way. If after I purchase it,

it, the price continues to erode, I leave. I have had both profits, and losses in this issue.

I buy stocks with the expectation that will rise in price, and if they don't, I cut bait. Having hope is useless, and

I have found in the stock market this equals losses.

A non discloser agreement with AT&T may be in effect, but why then was there discussion about it in the conference call?
