Dear JDN,

I wish I could share your optimism on further downside risk being minimal. However, the discouraging earnings release provides no incentive for anyone to take an initial position, nor invest any deeper in a company with built-in disappointment already a certainty for the 1st qtr.

In absence of anything positive from management, I would not be surprised to see CMND dip below $2 sometime during the next couple of months......and maybe sooner given the current market sentiment for the IT sector.

Although cash is still hefty at $19 million, the tentative settlement which is already built into the income statement will reduce cash by $1.8 million once it is disbursed.

Settlement adjusted cash of $17.2 million = $2.25 a share... (7.65 million shares).. If management does not provide positive guidance in the weeks to come, and with the likelihood of additional 1st qtr. losses eating away at the cash pile, it is quite likely we will soon be hovering somewhere between $2 - $2.25.

In the short run it would seem that the best we could hope for is for Command to be acquired by a company that could utilize the extra capacity.......However, this is unlikely to occur until the tentative settlement is finalized.

Extremely disappointing!

Best Regards, JAB
