<<<< 1) Why has the GTIS stock not taken off after an extremely good earnings report in it's latest Quarterly report? Surely their P/E ration should exceed 5.0 to 7.0 multiple for a high growth company? (.24 times four quarters = .96 cents earnings for a full year) >>>

Trust. GT under Chamoiditz meant a long impaling screwing for shareholders. Sorry to be so blunt but Buddy and Gizzo and a few of us have watched the action for a couple of years now and as time went by just when we thought there was going to be some direction toward equity building and stock appreciation, GT ALWAYS found a way to either blow all their cash or dilute the stock. When questioned on it ol' Ronnie would make statements about how it is out of his control and showed a basic disinterest toward shareholders. The market just got sick and tired of it and said bye-bye. Couple that with some of the more disasterous news from the past two or three years and they are lucky to be selling at 4.50.

<<<2) Who competes with GTIS? Mattel? Hasbro? Sony? ToysRUs? Or some
software development houses?>>>

Hard to list development houses as competitors. Unless they are owned by a particular parent they can strike deals with whatever distributor they wish. But nevertheless the big competitive market involves
1)EIDOS
2)Sony
3)3DO
4)Interplay
5)Activision
6)SSI/Mindscape
7)Hasbro
8)G.O.D (Gaggle of Developers)
9)LucasArts
10)Westwood (which might have been bought out)
11)Sierra/Blizzard (now owned by Havas)
12)About a hundred other small timers that throw in their two cents worth.

<<<3) What is GTIS's strategy to market & distribute their games through the WWW? The computer game product must be the most compelling e-commerce play that I can think of! Is GTIS selling a lot of their games on their WWW Web Site? Or are they using Amazon.com or other E-Tailers to market for them?>>>

I would suggest that you cease looking at the sales quantities and start looking at the derivation. It's the deals between the distributor and the developer that needs to be looked at. That's where the real meat and potatoes is.

<<<4) How strong is GTIS in developing their own product in-house?>>

Well so far Humongous, Wizard Works and Cavedog have been pretty successful. Cavedog with Total Annihilation is batting a thousand. They have put out TA, TA-Core Contingency and the TA Battle Tactics and they have all sold well. Humongous has really done well in the kid's market with Freddie Fish and Pajama Sam. Wizard Works, well that's another story. They've done well with Deerhunter but they also release some pretty crappy add-ons at times.
