According to Websters Dictionary "oral or written" for either slander or libel which have same definition for most part. TAP is accusing you of both. In your statement "you schmuck" below is libel and slander which you will be held liable for.So your statement which you attempt to make a point of is not only wrong but you don't even use the proper word.Very incompetent of you sir and I only wish I could be the lawyer in this case and get paid 33 1/3% of what TAP will be awarded.TAP will be the libelant and you the libelee in court and the loser will pay attorney fees! Maybe you should be the one asking your attorney questions. "btw, slander is verbal and liable is in writing....you are accusing me of liable you schmuck"
