Lucretius et al - You're using the wrong analogy. Try this one instead: You've had a delicious looking Strawberry Cheesecake sitting on your kitchen table. Every day you looked at the cake and said, "I'm NOT going to eat it because it's gonna SPOIL". Eventually, the cake did spoil. Were you right?
