I'm sure everyone remembers me. Well, IDT's quality service department called me today. He left a message on my answering machine. They have my work number, I don't know why they didn't call me there. The guy said he checks all accounts that are credited and noticed something interesting about my account. He asked me call him back, but gave me a toll-number to call. I wonder why a company like IDT would ask me to call them and cost me a long distance call so they can talk to me about my account they hold. This is truly a first.
