This isn't very good.
Talked to Comp Usa today and was told by my contact that these are the following figures on sales. This was the reason that we were put on the RTV list, which means Return To Vendor.
1. I was told in the computer we were in 220 stores.
December, 42 copies sold
January, 86 copies sold
Feb 10, 45 copies sold.
When I asked about the 26 million piece coop mailer coming out, she said no way, If you don't sell 3 copies per month average per store, you are history. As far as she knew, as of this afternoon they weren't going to do the advertising, but that could change.
This shows a couple things right now. BNEZ needs to learn the 6 P's
PROPER PLANNING PREVENTS PISS POOR PERFORMANCE
That is a bunch bullshit about packaging. EVERYONE AND I MEAN EVERYONE ON THIS THREAD AND SHAREHOLDERS OF THIS COMPANY HAVE HAD TO GO OUT TO THE STORES AND MOVE OUR PRODUCT TO THE PROPER LOCATION. YEAH RIGHT, I FOUND IT NEXT TO HOW TO BUILD YOUR OWN DECK.
It is the COMPLETE responsibility of the COMPANY, ie; Sales and Marketing department that these issues are taken care of in advance.
What upsets me is that the shareholders have offered to help the company all over the country by helping place the software in the stores etc yet we never received a response to it. That is called a grassroots effort to help out company and low and behold, looks what happens when the company believes that they have it under control.
Remember, I thought that is why we had Dr.Hal Clark????
Just because your company can make a good software, if they can't market it and place it and sell it, then you might as well right off BNEZ.
We can have the best software in the world, but if we don't start cutting some deals soon with some companies to get our product out onto shelves and into the public eye, were screwed.
Now I will tell you what concerns me, Dr. Hal Clark wasn't quoted in the last press release, " DOES HE STILL WORK FOR US?????????" my calls to the company today were not returned so I couldn't get an answer for this question. He has always been quoted in all of the press releases.
Hopefully this is our wake up call at the company, make stuff happen or kiss it all goodbye.
This is reality here ladies and gents. If we don't sell PMA, were are history.
As for our lawsuit, the Judge denied us our request for paper copies of info from AOL, so now we wait until March 4th to see what the decision is.
