Scott, <<How is this a good deal for KMAG? >> The perception is that Komag will have captured WDC's business, thus, one of the few remaining independent buyers. But I guess history will tell us whther this is long term good. I do not believe it is. The write offs of the WDC media hopelkessly ineffective process are huge. Komag will take that hit. What they bought was WDC's media orders. Best, Stitch
