Why Pete are you dumping your shares and how many shares do you own?

I don't see much downside from here. It looks pretty good as a base at $ 2, so I just don't understand why you want to sell on Monday.

It seems to me that with the Smith Barney conference about to happen that Monday would be a time to buy, not sell.
