Sure is good to know that at least some of the Co's out there are putting in the effort to bring there products/services to the public and keep there investors informed. Of course there is absolutely no way that I could ever say the same about MUCP or AIME
Bid.Com To List On Nasdaq
TORONTO, ONTARIO--Bid.Com International Inc., one of North America's leading online auctions, today announced that it has filed a listing application with the Nasdaq Stock Market as part of the process to qualify for trading on Nasdaq. Concurrently, Bid.Com has filed a Registration Statement on Form 20-F with the Securities and Exchange Commission. The Nasdaq and SEC review process is expected to last approximately 45 - 60 days.
