Freeus, companies don't 'send' letters to shareholders warning them of revenue shortfalls. Companies will warn if they see earnings coming in below expectations. Only they know what that percentage is. I've heard numbers like 10% thrown out, but it's just a guess. You are making a potentially dangerous mistake putting your trust in Mikey or any other executive for that matter on this stuff.... John
