Gary, Any ideas or news on what is going on with PCTR? Based on data available back in the first week of February 99 I forecasted this stock to be in the $2.50 to $3.50 range by February 20. I don't see us getting there. I know the market conditions over the last 7 or 8 business days has some part to play in this, but this does not make sense!!!! Any input? Thanks.
