I would feel even better, if you addressed yourself to my main concern: accurate quotes!
Today, not only were the index quotes lagging (traditionally), but the LII and T&S on MSFT crapped out at 14:58 - froze. I waited, then logged off, and back on - no good - quotes dead.
All the other things you addressed yourselves to are important, yet they PALE in importance to ACCURATE QUOTES! This is vital for trading. We are paying a substantial monthly fee - for WHAT?
Not too long ago Mr. Berber rightly commented on Etrade. Hello! Cyber is not the solution, if it doesn't have accurate quotes. Pot, kettle, black. This is serious business, and cannot pass unremarked.
I do hope you are working on this. It would have been nice in the flurry of messages you posted here in response to various concerns, if you could reassure me that you have your priorities straight. |
