That management defection was the 3 day old CEO that wanted to increase the shares with Reg S stock to raise money for the company and dilute present shareholder value. I agree with the owner when he flat out said NO to this.

LOCK is highly spec. stock at the moment, but look out above when it takes hold.
LOCK has the best system to LOCK a firearm (in my opinion). No keys, just a few pushes of some buttons and you are there.
