Mr Dwlima your beginning to sound like a broken record....without one shred of proof to back up your comments. "TAP is a paid promoter. He is a hypster that works illegally with companies to pump and dump stocks. he receives illegal information and either cash, stock or the opportunity to buy-in "cheap" in exchange for his unethical services. He is as slimy as a MM and as fake as the companies he represents." How is the information T A P receives illegal...it is the information any investor would get in the mail in the SOWK prospectus or by reading the news releases or calling the company. T A P clearly states in disclaimer that we receive stock for promotion of companies as most all PR / IR firms do, so this point is rather mute. How is SOWK fake....are you implying that they have a conspiracy going, with Amazon, Barnes & Nobles, and now Colombia House and Ingram Books Co. as their accomplices. Your going to have to do much better than this in court as our attorney is only waiting for our decision to give the go ahead, having reviewed the evidence so far. "btw, Websters is no replacement for legal definitions. slander and liable are different in a legal sense and you should ask someone knowledgeable instead of shooting off your ignorant mouth." Again you continue to use the wrong word ....its libel not liable. However T A P will let our attorney worry about the legal definitions as he has stated, you have clearly committed libel and will be held liable for your slanderous posts in a Court of Law.I think your last repeat of a post has made up our mind to file a libel suit against you and Mr ColinD. If you enjoy this fight as you put it...your going to love the one our attorney will give you.
