i have no ipinion as to weather aol will merge with @home, but they don't need the last mile...@home didn't need t, it was t that needed @home....aol is already the 9th largest long distance carrier in the country and their agreements with wcom assure them all the lines they may need in the future. I can't imagine this deal happening though...i think that aol likes to keep their debt low.....currentlyy they essentially have none, but they will probably file a shelf deal for a bb or 2 soon....that wouldn't get them the home part of @home wouldn't be surprised if they can dream up some ideas that the street likes that no one is thinking about.
