Since there was no volume reversal today we can expect at least 12 if not 10 before we hit bottom. At least this makes a great buying oppertunity.

That's the way the wife and I are thinking.

She's the one who turned me onto following IDT after she saw an article on the company in IBD last year. Fortunately we didn't buy then... <vbg>

But it's still a shame to see the stock break back down like this. It will just mean that much more resistance to make higher highs. And in a market where broken stocks are often ignored regardless of news, IDTC needs something special to spark interest.

Another fear to worry about is a breakdown in the Internut index. Everyone basically realizes that most of them are grossly overvalued, but they'll still paint the entire sector with the same brush.

We saw something similar to this occur with regards to the high quality systems integration companies like KEA. People figured they would see revenues drastically reduced after Y2K. An utter fallacy since we're seeing MORE computerization, not less.

But that's how the market perceived it.
