The item that sayz "Fed seen" is what the "experts" are expecting the fed to do. I believe that this would have been a temp. move. What they did do with a temp. move was to drain.

Then there was the permanent liquidity addition via another method than what was listed.

edit .. permanent action was not reported at the Yhoo site.
