I was buying shares this morning at JB Oxford, and its in my margin account, so you might be able to find shares to short there. I would be very pleased to see the 2.8 mill shorts or more in the Feb report, so go for it.

The institutions may also provide shares to short. Here's the list of current insitutions owning shares. Almost all of these institutions reported adding to their holdings in their last report.
