Randy and all, WE ARE TALKING COMMON SENSE here. Anyone with any "common sense" (I have tried to refrain from saying the dreaded "S" word here...(STUPID) has got to recognize that Micro safe is not going to be able to steal any light from Microsafe(tm). This is just "horse sense" in the words of Miles Dearth. Miles Dearth is proceeding with this case in an orderly fashion. They would like to resolve the trademark issue without having to cause any undue financial injury to NVID so it would be expedient for NVID to concede and cooperate with Hoescsht Celanese. But in my opinion, NVID will just continue to spin webs of deceit. The Factual statement released by Kerry ("the data") was in my opinion a JOKE...I about fell off of my chair when I read it and cannot believe that some of you guys fell for it.
This "Privvy stuff" has gone TOTALLY too far. And I am amazed that some of you guys continue to support this craziness.
I am in touch with Miles Dearth and I will not release information until it is "time." So SELL, BUY, HOLD, whatever you choose to do in the meanwhile, and take responsibility for your decisions, and don't say you weren't warned...
