Are we STILL talking about this? What you and Charles Grodin and the part of the American public which apparently doesn't understand sexual harassment law are missing is that in the Paula Jones case, Clinton was attempting to deprive Paula of her right to a fair trial. This goes way beyond lying about a "private" sexual behavior, because in sexual harassment law in America the prior sexual behavior of the defendant is considered relevant. I am really stunned that so many people do not understand this. It is the Clinton administration that caused most of our sexual harassment law to be written, and it puzzles me greatly that feminists in particular have compromised their ideals to defend this man, who treats women like pond scum, basically.
