The, "if you don't like it" post. Well, for your information, I post here, as is my first amendment right, because as a customer of Cyber, I believe I have something to contribute.
I used these boards (among other tools) to select my broker. People read these. I think they should be aware of the issues that can materially impact their trading. I wish I had known about this myself, before signing up.
I may very well close my account, should the service not improve. Yet, there is always cost involved - if nothing else, the days I am out of the market due to having funds transferred etc.
If you are happy with the services, feel free to post your experiences.
I will post mine. This is not a religion. This is a broker - and I expect service commesurate with their advertisements. Or is it OK to bag on the likes of Etrade and not be held to the same standard?
The service you provide will result in the kind of word of mouth you get. Good or bad. If anything I think it is very beneficial to all, for customers to speak out. That's what consumer advocacy is all about. |
