Share Information: The are none, nor have there ever been Reg-S shares. Preferred Shares are Class C not Class B. Class B was 1994 preferred which have been retired. Class C restrictions are that they could not be converted prior to 1 year after date of issue. They are converted at 10:1. There are currently no restricted shares. There are currently no plans for a revers split. Insiders (Les Price, Larry Regis, Jack Ginn) must report trades under SEC guidlines. The annual report will indicate shares held by principals. The annual report will be out in June. The shareholders meeting will take place in June. JKeba
