cs,

no offense mean't by the loser comment,
all in good fun.
approximately 75% of my trades involve
stocks that have lost 30% or more of their
value in one trading session. i usually
stay for a point or two bounce and move on.
providing the fundamentals are not horrible.
ie. chapt. 11 filing, tons of shares outstanding....
now onto PHSS.

PHSS has 8.5 mil outstanding shares.
not at all diluted.
PHSS has been losing money.
i believe one of the best times to own a
stock is when it is making the turn from
negative earnings to positive earnings.
and that is exactly where PHSS is at right now.
PHSS announced it was at breakeven for 4Q 96
before onetime restructuring and acquisition costs.
they also said that new clients who signed on late
in 4Q will not show up on balance sheets until 1Q 97.

revenues from 4Q/96 = 21 mil
------------------- YR/96 = 74 mil

compared with 4Q/95 = 13.7 mil
------------------- YR/95 = 58 mil

analysts from cowen & cowen downgraded PHSS to BUY
from STRONG BUY. and gave est. earnings of

0.62 for 97
1.00 for 98.

this is a very bullish stance taken not only by
c & c but other analysts as well.

i believe this is the time to own this security.

all is imo...
again cs, sorry about the slight.

paul.
