I recommend DLJ. Reasonably good execution times. No downtime (so far anyway). Plus, with much persistence, I've been able to get shares for most of Anthony's recent picks except for the IPOs and under $5. DLJ has slightly higher commissions, but after switching from Etrade I have felt the higher price has been more than justified, especially as they have been able to find shares to borrow the majority of the time.
