Jim: I don't think Les can possibly know what the short are with
NPEC. This is simply because of the structure on OTCBB.

I don't know about Metroplus in the show. When I walk into the offices
there was a bowl of Japaneese oranges. These were brought in by a customer
of MetroPlus as a show of thanks for saving him so much money on his bill.
They seem to have a nice niche market there with both residential and
business customers.
