Please correct me if I'm wrong, but weren't there 12M - 12.6M shares outstanding after last year's reverse split? Seems then there may be plenty of "room" without having to raise the number of authorized shares.

It is BNEZ's responsibility to take this product to the next level with a formulated advertising campaign which takes money and must be done
