Does it really matter whether the numbers were good or bad ? WOuld it have made any difference if DELL had reported .50 rather than .31 ? For 80% of the options to expire worthless, DELL had to be priced at 85, so the biggies found a way..... In the end, it is all about perception. If I lose money in the high multples of 10K, I'm not going to be a happy person even if EPS is $1......
