David, excuse me for interrupting but I believe you. I have had an experience at a young age when I was outside of a church with a buddy and we were cussing, smoking cigs, and all of a sudden I turned around and I saw a man in a robe and a full beard. I looked away to see if my friend was watching and he didn't seem to notice. When I turned around, the man was gone. I have also, like you had strong spiritual urges to do a certain thing and I have of course felt the power and comfort of the Holy Spirit.
How this started was that I said that no -one had received any further prophesies because our Lord's Word is complete in the Bible.
When people get up and prophesy and speak in gibberish, I always look for emotional instability. Usually, using Benny Hinn as an example, people think they are healed, when in fact all they had was a psychological illness.
