Interesting comments. There is a good chance that VVUS never was in serious negotiations. That may help explain why Frostman received that rather strange e-mail response from VVUS IR a few months back. It makes sense. Trying to create a sense of urgency when in actuality there is no sense of urgency. If VVUS really thought they could "bully" the likes of Astra into making a deal, they have been dealt a well justified kick in the knees. I always go back to the hypothesis that the market is never wrong. The share price/volume is telling me what I need to know.

Something else I find rather strange is the e-mail that VLAD received from VVUS IR regarding "who's in charge here." As I key this I'm laughing a little bit about what appears to be the comedy of errors that seems to be VVUS. This stock may not have any market value, but it is rather entertaining to watch the way the management operates. (and now I'm laughing!!)

Anybody out there heard anything regarding Alibra?

Lights out.
