Ed, The April calls will obviously be expiring post split. The earnings release will probably be 1 day after April expiration.
I believe the price action is going to be great going into the Friday. This past January expiry--the stock shot up about 3 dollars in the last 15 minutes. On the Monday of earnings it went up about 5 dollars. Given this is known by the investment community, it is logical that we would see a big spike on expiration date as people anticipate a big move on the day of earnings (whether it happens is not the point---it is the anticipation that causes the price moves).
In fact I see the biggest moves in options expiry week---everyone is trying to move before the next guy. This is based upon the last quarter.
