Could IBM be delaying NOTES, so it can install NOVL after purchase?

IBM filed a shelf a month ago for $4 Billion. "Shelfs" are often for acquisitions.
IBM would pay NOVL $4.0 billion in cash and the balance in IBM stock.
A $40.00 offer for NOVL would be fine with me.

Does anyone out there in Cyberland know if NOVL network products are
presently used in, or could be used in, LOTUS NOTES?
Could this be why they delayed NOTES, so IBM could install NOVL into their new version of NOTES after acquiring NOVL in March?
IBM made a bid for NOVL several years ago. Will they try again?

An acquisition in March would co-inside with that RICH person,
or Insider, who purchased 10,000 NOVL March Calls several weeks ago
at around $3 - $3.50. (That is $3.0 Million on the high risk table).

The ducks sure seem to be lining up.
These are my own thoughts.
