Heh heh. If investing were that simple, everyone would be filthy rich. No one can time an individual stock or the market...no one. The trick is...can you stomach the declining stock price despite the fact the fundamentals are improving? Will you buy more instead of panicking out? The vast majority of people who post on these boards lose money because they believe the "long term" means one week. IFMX is a bargain and will eventually trade significantly higher. Between now and then its possible that the stock may sink to 3 - maybe more than once - I have no way of knowing.
