In any case, the silence is deafening from those responsible to the shareholders. And no, if it's a win, there will still be no reasonable excuse for this conduct. And yes, I've heard the arguments and propositions justifying silence. Nonsense!!! In criminal law and in human behaviour, when a person is wrongly accused, the first reaction is to defend. A statement, whether true or false, will stand if it is not challenged. Again, when good people do nothing, bad things happen.
The challenge remains outstanding - it will need a Tony Robbins to make the AGM mean something. Again, promises with flakey time frames will not make it. Pure and simple truth will be fine as long as its matched with a viable action plan.
On a positive note, one would think that something tangible will issue forth on this august occasion (well, one can dream I suppose).
