Here's what Stan Harley, the #1 market timer of Timer Digest since 1988, has to say about the market. The market will turn positive on March 3, give or take 2 days. Harley pin pointed the July 1988 correction until the October 1988 recovery. On a Dec 7 interview, Harley said the market will turn positive on Dec 11 or 12. It happened on Dec 11.
