I don't know, but I doubt that the contractor pays. I suspect they may have to close off zone 3 and move on to produce from 1 & 2. Get this well behind us and try not to make the same mistakes on the next well.Time is money, lets go, lets go. You can bet they have their heads together to solve the problem.
