Frederick, I had the good fortune of meeting Ben Shell last night (planned well before recent stock moves BTW), and I can tell you, I was impressed. We saw a presentation of latest products (simply amazing!), and had a long session of Q and A. The subject of reg S, etc. came up, and to make a long story short, NO reg S, NO floorless convertibles, NO funny business of any kind. I'll leave it to others to expand on meeting, but I for one feel a whole lot better about my investment. IMO, this outfit is well-run, innovative, and most importantly for me, reeking of integrity! Many large shareholders present, and most seem content to remain long-term investors, even given the remarkable rise in stock price of late. Looks like a keeper. Best Wishes, John Rowe |
