Benny,
I thought it was an interesting article on Bill Presentment. I live in Belgium and all bills come in the mail with a small orange form at the bottom with the companies bank account number and a reference number to use when paying the bill. I pay these bills via the internet but then I always get a individual transaction receipt in the MAIL (no way to stop it -- I guess it is the Belgian Postal System full employment act). Otherwise I think the Belgian system is pretty good. The reference number on the bill tells the billing company not only who it is from (the customer) but also what invoice it relates to.
Best regards,

Harry
