The way to find out how many times someone has posted is to click on their name, and then "bookmark" them. Then, when you click on "people", you will see a list of the people you have bookmarked, including a count of their posts. You, as Dr. Harvey, did post 1159 times, every one directly or indirectly flogging DCHT.
No, there is nothing illegal about that. And there is probably nothing wrong with you writing your long pseudo research reports on the company while employed by DCHT to, among other things, raise capital for the company. Nor is there anything wrong about plastering those reports over the web, although your excited posts linking to the reports as if they were objective Wall Street research, not mentioning that you wrote the things, is clearly deceptive by any standard.
But there IS something illegal about knowingly omitting information that is negative and clearly material. Unless you are stupid, which I don't think is the case, you have to have been well aware of the company's precarious financial situation. Yet your research reports never once made mention of that matter, even though all the blather about the DCHT's great long term prospects is irrelevant if it runs out of cash in the short run. The SEC could probably put you away in a second if they want; your only hope is that you are too small change for them to bother.
Now you find it necessary to hide behind the Chinese wall about the company's finances. OK. Then what about "Antaeus Corp.", its supposed million dollar customer that may be a figment of someone's imagination? Is there any reason to think it exists, and has any ability to send orders DCHT's way, and then pay for them? Where is "Antaeus Corp." located? This has nothing to do with DCHT's finances, so you should have no problem filling us in, right?
I'm sure you are a busy man, but I think this is worth your time because the hundreds of hours you have already put into flogging this puppy might go to waste if people started getting the impression it wasn't just a promotion, it was a fraud. Thanks. |
