Ray Cunningham and All: I stopped by the FCC site on the web and found this link, I believe, to the issue at hand regarding "charges per minute" for internet usage. As I read "how folks (we) should respond, the government types seemed to have a very specific method we follow, or else we may not be heard. Just thought I'd pass this link on to all of you fyi.
