I had the pleasure of speaking with the person that wrote this masterpiece yesterday, he was so proud of it he forgot to sign it. His name is Harrison do not know whether it is first OR last

If you are on the WAMC mail list you should have this:

To our valued shareholders,

First problem I have is the fact that this company assumes that they have the e mail addresses of all their shareholders, and in fact all their shareholders have e mail. Wrong assumption, but they in an un professional manner choose to write this letter to their "shareholders" or at least some of them.

This message has been prepared for you to clarify Corporate activities

There is no clarification of corporate activities in this letter.

and to comment on the recent stock activity. The internet is a powerful and wonderful thing. Unfortunately, it can also be a double edged sword. Recently, one of our investor relations people was contacted and presented with questions concerning the Company and it's operating status.

There is no comment on the recent stock activity, and I assume he means the drop from .13 to current level of 5 cents. Hey, Harrison please comment to shareholders via a news release on the drop from .60 cents to .13 cents. Who are you going to blame that on?

Unfortunately, the answers were misinterpreted

HARRISON THEY WERE NOT, the point I brought up was the "plant closure" and I asked Harrison how anyone could misinterpret the following:

Is the plant open?

No it is not.

Harrison accused me of not understanding the answer,

I used the following analogy with him, Harrison you ask me:

Is your car door open?

I respond, no it is closed.

My question to Harrison was, what does this mean?, it is closed great, work with me Harrison, I only expect you to think that it is closed period.

and subsequently posted on an internet investor chat forum.
The posted misinformation created a poor picture of the Company,

Sorry Harrison no mis information posted.

frightened more than a few,

It seems more then a few were frightened when the stock went from 60 cents to 13 cents, (I first looked at this wonder company at 13 cents, it was promoted to me at .50) Would you please publish the companies reasons for that drop. (and please do not use G Collick as an excuse, cause I am finding out differant reasons).

and resulted in unwarranted selling.

Please, in a news release tell me why the company feels the selling is unwarranted

We have since been in contact with this person in an effort to clarify his view of the Company.

Very true, however as I write this my view of the company is not good, I have to ask myself what type of company would let a communications officer they employ send an e mail such as Harrison sent to shareholders

Mitch Adam, our President, met with him and introduced our chemist to quell any concerns he may have had.

He, being me, still has a lot of concerns.

He has since posted a much more favorable report on the "chat line" but in the short term, the damage was already done.

much more favorable report that's true but I am going to now clarify that, this company has the license to sell a wonderful product. Thus, Harrison please clarify in a news release exactly how the company is going to proceed to market the product.

I look at this in two ways-

One- I'm more than a little angry at careless distribution of
misinformation and the resulting slide in share price

Harrison, does this mean that you are "angry" at me? or are you angry at Earl Hope? If in fact you are angry at me, then I conclude you are one brick short of a full load. If you are angry at Earl Hope then I conclude that you nor WAMC has no management skills as Earl Hope is still in your employ. Either way your comments in point one above mean - incompetance

Two- I'm confident in the Company's direction

Interesting, do you care to share that direction.

and anticipated growth in share price.

and I anticipate winning the lottery.

These dips on the chart provide astute investors (that are more aware of the Company's situation) with an opportunity to either enter the market at a very low price,

astute investors seem to be running for the hills, but thats maybe WAMC's master plan? yes or no?

or existing investors to average their share price down.

That is a stupid comment, why would anyone throw good money after bad?

Let's be honest and frank here.

YES I THINK THAT IS A GOOD IDEA, YOU HAVE LEFT A LOT OF THE MASTER PLAN OUT IN MY OPINION

The Company, in order to expand and grow, needs short term financing for ramping up of the production facility, marketing and associated costs.

Yes it does, have you found any astute investors?

We're not talking big dough here folks. 100K-150K would be more than sufficient but it ain't gonna happen at $0.15.

The above line is really well written and would certainly attract me to WAMC as an investor. I especially enjoy the use of the word "ain't". However, I am going to read between the lines here, it is apparently not going to happen at .15 cents, thus I suppose you mean 5 cents is out of the question. thus ----------

ROLLLBACK? Harrison, tell me just who is buying these shares. WAMC shareholders hang on do not sell into this CRAP

You can have the best product in the world, but if no one knows about it, forget it.

You will like this, I agree

Weather All, the private company, had strong local success due to a superior product line that exceeded growing environmental demands in a cost effective manner.

Makes me think THE ORIGINAL INVESTORS IN THE PRIVATE COMPANY GOT sucked in.

I receive numerous emails from all over the world from professionals in the coatings business that acknowledge the Company's product superiority.

So, why so hard to finance? Why the share price? Please blame someone other then myself.

The funds from the financing will be utilized to expand current marketing efforts to aggressively capture sales that will provide steady growth.

Above you said there would be no financing at .15 cents are you now saying there is a financing? I assume from the above that there is no financing but I am not clear.

Thus, from the above Harrsion you can see why I did not try to read anything into Earl's comment, "No, it is closed." other then it is CLOSED.

and make these low share prices a "shoulda" kind of memory.

The only thing that will make WAMC share prices a memory is performance of the management of the company to get the product to market

Remember the fella who posted the poor picture of the Company on the web-he wants to join the team and sell the product now.

This needs a whole lot of clarification,

1 No compensation for the "fella" has been discussed. The "fella" can do the job and organize a sales force, provide that sales force with a direction, and ensure that sales force performs.

2 The "fella" needs to see a list of the current payables and current balance sheet. I am not looking for retained earnings in the balance sheet.

3 The "fella" needs to see the cost of goods, a list of current accounts of Weatherall, more importantly a list of the accounts of the private company.

4 The "fella" knows exactly what is required from a sales force. Harrison, can the company afford the "fella"?

5 The "fella" can also provide a marketing strategy.

MORE IMPORTANTLY, IS THE MANAGEMENT OF WAMC PREPARED TO WORK TOWARDS BUILDING A COMPANY? THAT IS THE REAL QUESTION. I DO NOT KNOW IF THEY ARE COMMITTED.
