Eric,

Looks like some of yesterdays weakness might be attributable to nervousness about the chief financial guy at Comverse Info Sys leaving to take the CFO job at Misonix (MSO). It does seem a little strange considering he was likely due for a big payday down the road if the spinoff goes through.

I am sure there is some behind the scenes cloak and dagger stuff going on in the spygear biz, but if they told us they would have to kill us.

Frankly I think we are a bit lucky there has not been a little more turmoil apparent to outsiders in the wake of the merger with Boston. Integration issues and concerns are always good reasons to sell stocks.

Methinks the valuation is once again reasonable.
