Mike, I read that Libya's Khaddafi talked with an Iranian official and both agreed on the need to cut production in the March meeting. If Iran really agrees this could overcome a big sticking point.

What's with the API numbers? Someone posted that oil inventories were up 2 million bbls. versus analyst estimate of 3 million. Someone else posted that they were up 6 million?? DOE reported this morning a drawdown of 1.7 million.
