I spoke with Ed this morning too. News on Hitsgalore and SCMI will be released on Monday. Ed confirmed again, that the number of shares I hold of SCMI ..TODAY.. will be the SAME number of shares I will hold..BEFORE and AFTER.. the merger. What I will receive is additional shares of Hitsgalore that will be FREE TRADING. SCMI name will be changed to International Healthcare Solutions. Two additional spin offs in the near future. Needless to say, I bought more before I posted. <VBG> PK
