Willie, My understanding from visiting FTEL was that the AT&T suit has been settled with little or no cost to FTEL. Also remember that FTEL HAS sold product to AT&T a couple of years back. It was some Test equipment for use by AT&T service people. I forget the name of the product but as I remember it was to allow their people to be able to simulate a PBX "in the field"...This could be incorrect but I think its close... Regards, Bob
